SMS Terms

1. Program overview

These terms describe the text messages (SMS) that FastStartup sends. FastStartup is a brand of Kimeur Labs, LLC, 4848 Lemmon Ave, Suite 420, Dallas, TX 75219.

Our team sends messages from our business line (415) 787-7676 and from team members' business numbers. Every conversation starts with "FastStartup:", so you always know who is texting you.

2. Messages we send

We only text people who asked us to. Messages are one-to-one conversations with our team:

• Replies to an inquiry you sent us through our contact form
• Scheduling and confirming discovery calls and meetings, and reminders about them
• Updates about a proposal or a project you have with us
• Answers to questions you send us by text

We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never text numbers from purchased lists, from third parties, or from any source other than you.

Example messages:

FastStartup: Hi, this is your FastStartup project lead following up on your inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Does Tuesday at 2 PM CT work for a 30-minute discovery call?

FastStartup: Hi, it's FastStartup with an update on your project. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. The first working build is ready. Can we walk you through it Thursday at 11 AM CT?

FastStartup: Reminder: your project kickoff call is today at 3 PM CT. The meeting link is in your calendar invite. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

3. How you opt in

You join only by giving us your mobile number yourself and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at faststartup.ai/contact:

• The second step of the form asks for your business phone number. Below that field is a checkbox with the statement below.
• The box is unchecked by default. Checking it is optional: you can send the form without it, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• We text you only if you checked the box, and only at the number you entered.

The consent statement reads:

Yes, FastStartup may text me at this number (optional). By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from FastStartup (Kimeur Labs, LLC) at the number above about my inquiry, scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

After you opt in, we send this confirmation:

FastStartup: Thanks for opting in to texts about your project. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your inquiry or project, usually a few messages a week while a project is active. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

5. How to opt out

You can stop our text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We also honor UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT and any other clear request to stop. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that:

FastStartup: You're unsubscribed and will receive no further texts from this number. If this was a mistake, reply UNSTOP to resubscribe.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, email hello@faststartup.ai or call (415) 787-7676. The reply to HELP reads:

7. Opting back in

If you opted out and want our messages again, reply UNSTOP to the number you opted out from, or check the SMS consent box on our contact form again.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive.

9. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We never sell your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent, and we never share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
